"Nothing ever stays the same" says Yo La Tengo in "Ohm", the lo-fi opening track from their newest LP, Fade . The simplicity of the song is apparent from the get go. A repetitive guitar rift is backed by train-track like percussion which rolls along throughout the entire track. But it builds and gain warmth as time passes.
