Wednesday night I saw Kylesa and Zoroaster , with Fight Amp opening. I've seen Kylesa and Zoroaster several times each, and I would say both put on great shows. I got video of both, but I was asked by Kylesa not to put theirs online. Any time a band asks me not to post videos of them I am happy to oblige. [...]

Whether you love Kylesa or hate Kylesa, there's no denying this indisputable fact: they are a band, and they make music. Also an indisputable fact: the band has announced a headlining tour to kick off next month. Fight Amp will play support on the entire tour, while Zoroaster will also join the tour for six [...]

Kylesa are a hardworking band. Since the release of Spiral Shadow, the band has been on the road and they do not plan to let up in 2011. Starting in January they'll head out with Cake regulars Zoroaster, post-metal crushers Rosetta and on select dates a New Jersey band (that no one mentioned in my metalcore post!) with giant, mammoth-sized riffs: Fight Amp. Back in October, we called it one of 20 albums to look forward to as 2010 closes, and Spiral Shadow has earned according praise since its release.
