We are pretty excited about the new Filthy Dukes single 'This Rhythm.' Samuel Dust from Late Of The Pier on guest vocals and remixes from the likes of Fred Falke , Emperor Machine , Toddla T and Kill Em All (on MySpace player for previewing). Fred Falke is responsible for some legendary remixes. I guess a good bass line made with an actual bass is somewhat of a trademark he has grown into. That is pretty odd considering how much of a mainstream instrument the bass guitar is, but I guess this genre of music doesn't have to make sense. That's what makes it so great. When I went through my iTunes library today, I realized that my collection of Fred Falke remixes had become pretty damn impressive. I was actually going to bash Falke in this post for some of his later remixes that were a bit sub-par, but when I grabbed his two latest remixes today, I completely changed my mind. Falke is a straight forward guy when it comes to remixing. You always have an idea about what you're about to hear when you grab his tracks, as his sound is really easy to distinguish.
