Not a particularly new cover, but I recently came across this brilliant version of Fever Ray's 'When I Grow Up' by First Aid Kit. The Swedish sisters a renowned for giving songs their unique folky feel, and have done a great job with this. I struggled to see how a folk band could cover a Fever Ray song, but they switched the electro with the acoustic with ease. Joining an already impressive invasion into the indie scene are two sisters from a suburb of Stockholm.
