I've never been to Bonnaroo. I've always wanted to go but I never had the money/didn't have the time/wasn't impressed by the line up. The album today is Beheading of the Songbird from The Drowning Men. It was made in 2009, but is just now seeing mainstream online and retailer releases thanks in part to Irish-punkers Flogging Molly, whom they recently toured with.Beheading of the Songbird is a fantastic piece of indie-rock. It balances a large array of instruments with passionate vocals and a decidedly Easter European flavor.

Flogging Molly have begun announcing dates and support for the 2012 edition of their annual Green 17 . The tour kicks off on February 17th, 2012 in Detroit and will culminate with a "St Patrick's Day bash" at Tempe Beach Park In Tempe, AZ. Support from some dates will include Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears and The Devils Makes Three. More support will be announced as the kick off the tour approaches. The band last released Speed of Darkness in 2011.
