Following up Franz Ferdinand's recent Covers EP, Domino Records will soon release two 123 EPs feature remixes of those covers. The second of the two EPs packs Brennan Green's remix of "Live Alone," "gathering together Debbie Harry, LCD Soundsystem & Franz Ferdinand for the first time," as to Domino's SoundCloud notes . The now-defunct LCD Soundsystem and Debbie Harry both had a hack at Franz Ferdinand's chugging juggernaut Live Alone for last April's Record Store Day. Os Franz Ferdinand anunciaram na sua página oficial um concerto dia 19 de Julho (quinta-feira) na edição de 2012 do Festival Marés Vivas que se realiza em Vila Nova de Gaia. Ainda não há, no entanto, confirmação por parte da organização. Os Franz Ferdinand têm também agendado um concerto no Primavera Sound (Barcelona).

LCD Soundsystem is, if you recall, now defunct. (I think I know some people who are still in the red after going up to see them play Madison Square Garden one last time in 2011.)
