ChinaShop posted this video last week. Not only is it a truly amazing version of the Neil Young song by one of my favorite singers, this song happens to be the first song I ever played with Coconut (who's birthday was yesterday). Happy Birthday, Coconut.

I've loved Frazey Ford's unusual voice since I first heard it on The Be Good Tanyas first album – Blue Horse. That all-girl folk group is on hiatus. So Frazey released a solo album in 2010. And I freakin' love it. Her voice is great on all 13 tracks. But what I really love is the instrumentation and the "sound" on the record.
