Fulton Lights is the newest vehicle of Andrew Spencer (Maestro Echoplex, John Guilt). Fans of Elliott rejoice, you finally have a second album to carry you through on those cold moonlit, snowy nights. This track is an amazing work that showcases the full gamut of Spencer's haunting songwriting skills. I honestly don't think Millenium Cable can do anything right. They screwed up my bill last month, then, after giving them a solid two weeks notice to turn off my internet for August, they did...but then didn't?
