There was one thing that didn't change under the new Bluesfest management at this year's Ottawa Folk Festival . It was the afternoon workshop at the festival. The six piece band formed in Sleepy Hollow, New York (that's upstate North New York, folks) in the late 90's and cite Hank Williams, Dylan, Bowie, Incredible String Band and early Pink Floyd as influences.
