Pittsburgh rapper Freddie Gibbs is set to release his new mixtape Baby Face Killa with DJ Drama next week (on the 25th of September), and today we've got a new track from the tape to try out, 'Kush Cloud', which features Krayzie Bone & SpaceGhostPurrp . This is a song called "Kush Cloud" by Freddie Gibbs, Krayzie Bone, and Spaceghost Purrp. There are allusions to "Mo Murda," "Look Into My Eyes," and "Thug Luv." If you'll excuse me I'm going to get high at 10:21 in the morning, load this on my iPod, and play this 666 times throughout the remainder of the day.
The track's called "Kush Cloud" - there can't be any confusion as to what Freddie Gibbs , SpaceGhostPurrp and Krayzie Bone (of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony) are floating on, is there? SMKA provides the perfect beat for these to coast over. Feels like something you'd get lost in while sinking deeper into the backseat of your buddy's car sweet aroma floating throughout the air. Could've been a lot better if it was SpaceGhostPurrp track as opposed to a verse, but you can't win 'em all.
