NYC based production duo Gatekeeper follow up their "Exo" album release with the unveiling of a pair of free to download remixes of recent single "Tree Drum" from LA Fade To Mind labelmate Total Freedom and UNO NYC signee Gobby. They both churn out remixes with a basis on demented and tweaked beats, albeit the end results differ.
If you killed a man by slamming various body parts with a car door repeatedly and the brutal murder made a pleasant sound then it would resemble this version of Gatekeeper 's "Tree Drum" . Esto esta super padrisimo, ya que si bien aun me ha costado un poco de trabajo digerir el album debut de Gatekeeper , la produccion que manejaron a lo largo de " EXO " es completamente impecable, al igual que estos remixes que acaban de aparecer hechos por Total Freedom y Gobby, a " Tree Drum ". En lo personal, debo decir que me gusto mucho el trabajo que hizo Total Freedom con este track de Gatekeeper, aunque la remezcla de Gobby tambien tiene sus toques especiales y esto, es lo que hace aun mas fregon estos cortes ya [...]
