The hip hop community in Pennsylvania in general has been pretty big in the last two years, and it seems it is only continuing. Gilbere Forte is another one that is coming from this scene and making some noise. He released his brand new mixtape yesterday, Year of the Dragon , which features 17 tracks with an intro.
