Mix Monday has been resurrected! There's a bunch of mixes that I couldn't fit in this week so maybe I'll have a special midweek mix feature. Let's get right to it. First up, A recorded live mix of a legend. Danger - Live @ Trashbags Sydney 9.02.08 Danger - 9h20 (160) [...]
Unfortunately due to some last minute scheduling conflicts today's Weekend Selector couldn't happen in time. The good news is next week we'll have two big mixes for you. Also to keep your weekend party plans on track, the formidable Turbo duo of Gingy and Bordello just sent us over a fresh mix in honor of their upcoming show at Fabric May 4th alongside Busy P, Brodinski and Riton . The mix masterfully struts the line between obscurity and dancibility. Green Velvet 's "I Want To Leave My Body" epitomizes [...]

Fourth quarter is coming to a close and that means 2012 is looking more dooming than ever. Sure we can think for once and set those nutty conspiracies aside but why not have a reason to party like you only have a year to live. Our prophetic misery is looming, so let's ramp the self indulgence in this year's resolutions by kicking it off with a bang at Mansion's Happy Endings NYE 2012 . Letting it loose with a long lineup of tasty pickings from Toronto, NYC, and all the way across the atlantic into Paris. Club Cheval is [...]

A true product of Toronto's thrillingly cosmopolitan Grooving Pot, this Chinese-Italian duo is quickly earning a rep for crafting highly effective acid tracks with just a hint of banger. They initially earned notice with their first EP, 'Vaporizer' on This Is Music, before making fans out of some big names with THESE tracks, with Brodinski championing 'Body Acid' and forcing Turbo's A&R Vibetrust to perk up their unbelievably jaded ears.
I've often found myself relegated to the role of wall hugging chin scratcher at shows lately. Left jaded about how stale and uninspired the stage diving electro house scene has become. I've often found solace in dreamy, well produced techno, which at times can leave you in a coma of reverb yearning for more. Not that dance music is completely void of producers that I'd willingly trudge through sweaty bodies to the middle of a mosh pit for, its just rare for said producers to hail from North America where glowsticks and brostep reign supreme. Perhaps our last great white [...]

On les avait presque oublié depuis leur dernier EP Brainstorm sorti sur Made To Play en 2010, et pourtant la simple annonce du premier album de Renaissance Man a remis le duo sous les feux des projecteurs. The Renaissance Man Project sera composé de 12 morceaux encore jamais sortis, dont le premier single What Do You Do When You Do What You Do prévu la semaine prochaine sur Turbo Recordings . Quelque peu différent de ce que les deux finlandais ont déjà pu accomplir précédemment, il n'en reste pas [...]

In the midst of all the buzz surrounding Tiga 's new sub label Twin Turbo , the Turbo family has made it clear that unlike other diversification experiments (Boys Noize/BNR Trax as an example), they have a roster of talent that shows no signs of watering down their standards. For Turbo 111 Renaissance Man is set to release his first original for the label titled What Do You Do When You Do What You Do . While there's no denying the prolific Finns keep elements of their bouncy, looped tech house [...]
The 2 Bears - Church (Gingy Dub)

One of Club Cheval's best horses in the stable, the incredible MYD, remixes 'Klipar - Imperial March' ( NBR003 ) and this is so good that No Brainer's art director just had to 'remix' the original video. this track has remixes by the likes of Lewis Cancut, Sharkslayer and gingy. No Brainer is a label run by malente to keep your taste buds titillating with freshness, here is a brand new 60 minute mix by No Brainers label owner himself, Malente. Malente DJ-Mix 60 mins [...]

Kilpar's super cheeky Imperial March is now out on No Brainer Records so if your in anyway a Star Wars fan then go and get your download on. This here is No Brainer Records truly living up to their name, I mean there's no need to explain how potentially devastating (in the best way) this tune can be when dropped at the right moment? Besides track's Imperial March and Empire the release also features remix work by Myd , Sharkslayer [...]
Klipar - Imperial March from No Brainer Records on Vimeo . Now it's official: It can be fun on the dark side. You just gotta turn on the disco lights. No Brainer Records' third release sees Klipar , who is one half of Zombies For Money (Trouble & Bass), push the Vader to the floor. The package gets rounded off with remixes by Myd (Club Cheval), Gingy (This Is Music), Lewis CanCut (Scattermusic) and Sharkslayer (Top Billin). Go get it on Beatport [...]

by teepoo Gingy and Bordello are two producers from Toronto, Ontario. They normally do solo projects but Vaporizer is there first collab effort with eachother. The bass has a somewhat filthy grind and I swear it feels like half way through the song you're getting sprayed in the face with an air pump. Hey I guess the song title is majorly appropriate. Gingy and Bordello- Vaporizer Here's a remix done by UK producer NT89 . [...]

Last fall my buddy Gingy collaborated with fellow Toronto producer Bordello to produce this monster of a techno track VAPORIZER. After being played out by the likes of Simian Mobile Disco, Richie Hawtin, and Brodinski, this bomb is finally being released to the plebes. I have nothing else to say about the track except that Ging programs great hats. Listen below and buy it ! Gingy & Bordello - Vaporizer by Bordello
