I've never been huge on James Pants ' brand of genre-jumping electro-boogie, but "Alone" gets so many things right, the new track deserves some love. Sounding like The Commodores, The Cramps, Gloria Gaynor, and Mick Jagger thrown in a blender, "Alone" is this oddly danceble, fuzzed-out collage that wouldn't work in less capable hands.
