First up on our schedule for Saturday was the Walk the Moon, hailing from Cincinnati, Ohio, on the Music Unlimited stage. Maybe it's our Midwestern connection, but we love these kids, and judging by the crowd-induced sing-a-longs, (many also showed up with their faces already painted, a nod to the band's habit of doing so,) we aren't the only ones. Several members from the crazed crowd battled through the barriers to get closer to Death From Above 1979, during their seriously BONKERS set on the Bud Light stage. [...]

Congrats on the EP. We're big fans over here at QM. I know its been out for 2 months or so, and I'd imagine its been quite a crazy few months. Yeah its been really fun. The record has been really well received thus far, which has been really fantastic, and I've just been really happy with the fact that people are loving it. you know, its every musicians dream for people to like their stuff, which has been [...]

Crazy - Gnarls Barkley Mnehh. It never struck me as it seemed to have everybody else, but i'm an irrevocable prude. While not in direct line for it, it was pretty unavoidable, tapping into some universal enthrallment and stamped as the sonic memory of 2006 (five years ago... Gee). But i should have an opinion on it, regardless of personal indifference, living in the world as i do. Mnehh. Shortcut. Well it's now on my computer, having to search for it to post it. [...]

he's not even the creepiest guy in the picture. Gnarls Barkley "Would Be Killer"

I truly believe that it's a crime to the canvas to paint the same picture over and over again.. - Cee Lo Green There is no reason for me not to love Cee Lo Green 's music, especially because I am a chubby chaser. Now I can't say I've been a Cee Lo fan since his Goodie Mob days but I can say that the moment I heard him as half of Gnarls Barkley , I was utterly elated by this new and different sound of music. You don't [...]
The Freshmen has signed a deal with Across The Universe/Downtown Records, one of the most successful independent labels in the industry. The deal puts The Freshmen in the company of artists like Gnarls Barkley, Justice, and Scissor Sisters, all of whom have a Downtown connection, and comes after a rush of buzz for the band, which included having one of the most added songs at college radio, significant commercial airplay, and great receptions on the live performance front. Expect to be hearing a lot more of the band's buzz-inducing single "Hello There," which has "summer [...]

Watching Cee-Lo's stock continuing to rise as a judge of The Voice , I thought we'd lost another rapper to other interests. However, the do-everything-guy recently told The Source that he has full intentions of rapping again and that a new Goodie album is in the works. Green shared that both it and a Gnarls Barkley LP are on the horizon but he would be "completing a Goodie Mob album first." When asked if he missed rapping, he replied "Yeah I actually I really do...Goodie Mob is here to stay and so is [...]

While discussing his upcoming Absolut-sponsored documentary Distilled with Us Weekly , Cee Lo Green let it slide that he's teaming back up with Danger Mouse for a new Gnarls Barkley release. "There is a new Gnarls Barkley album coming out!" he told the mag. "I would hope it would break more grounds. Knowing the nature of the space that we shared I am pretty sure it will be somewhat similar." Crazy! Take a peek at Distilled below while you try and count all the projects currently on Cee Lo's To Do [...]
He's ¼ of the Goodie Mob, ½ of Gnarls Barkley, and a 100 percent reincarnation of what made soul and hip-hop great in the 50's and 90's respectively. Cee-lo Green 's latest album The Lady Killer spawned several hits including the wildly overplayed " Fuck You ", but that's not to say the album (or rather its recording sessions) is without a few gems. The sleeper hit "Bridges" didn't make the final cut for The Lady Killer , but was instead released as a B-side on the second single "It's OK". When the Neptunes [...]
So I've got a bit of a taste for mashups today and Divide & Kreate has been producing some of my favourites for years now. His take on The Clash's 'Should I Stay Or Should I Go' (with a huge helping of Justice) is a regular in my party mixes and DJ sets. The recent treatment [...]

I've featured the fire hazard from the UK, Cherri V before when she joined in on the fun on the 'Female Takeover'-remix of Tinchy Stryder's 'Game Over' late last year. She has also been working with Wiley and Gnars Barkley, done a mad refix of Wretch 32's 'Traktor' and here's the official video for her latest single 'Greedy Eyes'. 'Greedy Eyes' is produced by Swindle and is taken from her forthcoming debut EP "Shades of Red" which is expected to land soon. Absolutely love it! Peep the Elmino-directed visuals after the jump: [...]
Cover Me celebrates Cee-Lo Green's birthday with covers from Ray LaMontagne, Eliza Doolittle, Band of Horses, and more.
Filed under: News , The Hit List , Television Lewis Jacobs, NBC He's a true 'Lady Killer,' a madman of soul, the frontman of Gnarls Barkley and probably the only singer who could make a hit out of a song called 'F--- You,' but there's a couple of things that you probably didn't know about this magnanimous coach of NBC's ' The Voice .' Check out these interesting facts about the infamous Cee Lo [...]

It seems NBC is looking to set its upcoming singing talent competition The Voice apart from its competitors by showcasing the judges' own vocal chops. In a new promo clip, Abbey Walk Of Fame honoree Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton belt out "Crazy"—a 2006 hit for Green via Gnarls Barkley—in front of an audience. And it's pretty impressive! Watch below. We're thinking that if this whole Voice thing doesn't work out, Xtina and Cee Lo ought to take [...]

Unless you've been living under a rock, you know Gnarls Barkley or at least Cee Lo. That said, you've also probably seen their…quirky…sense of style. Well, if you thought Cee Lo Green and Danger Mouse were an Odd Couple then you must have never heard this Ray LaMontagne cover of Crazy. I found it today while searching for other songs on Sound Cloud. If you were digging the lyrics and can stomach some raspy folk, then give this track a listen. I promise it won't hurt! Crazy (Gnarls [...]

Brian Burton may be one of the best producers to live. Name doesn't ring a bell? That's because you probably know him better by his more famous monker: Danger Mouse. Over the last decade Brian has been one of the most pivotal figures in the indie music world, but also one of the most overlooked. In anticipation of his upcoming Rome project, and in celebration of the Producer of the Year Grammy he won last night for his work on Broken Bells, we highlight his best work to date. [...]
