Pretty rad show tonight at The Rhythm Room. San Franciscinites Papercuts are in town, so they figured they would play a show to make some quick cash. Local bad asses Gospel Claws will also be playing, as will hard to find anything about them on the internet band Banjo or Freakout. Tickets are only $8 and can be purchased HERE

That would be a show you wouldn't want to miss even without Mini T's.
Every year around this time I know how Cinderella felt. A combination of lack of funds and lack of time result in me missing the SXSW ball. So a big thank you to Team Clermont and Greyday Records for providing an SXSW in my living room. Following in the steps of The Killers and Killer-esque bands, Gospel Claws take a good thing and make it pretty much the same. Aside from Kermit The Frog sounding vocalist with a constant bubble in his throat, the first half of this song booms with energy and doesn't want to slow down. Around the half-point mark, Walk Me Down takes a drastic turn and flows into something more appealing and harmonizing.
