Big Day out, one Australia's hottest summer music festivals was launched last week in Auckland with its first shows a few days later up in the Gold Coast along the NE Australian shores. Gotye's album, 'Making Mirrors,' is set to be released stateside on January 31st (happy birthday to me), but you can listen to it in its entirety now thanks to NPR . When I was first introduced to the extremely palatable single, "Somebody That I Used To Know," featuring Kimbra, I must have hit replay about ten times, and the accompanied video is pretty neat as well (see below).
