Venezuela is officially our new favourite country (sorry Chad!, you've been bumped.) Half of Happy Corners is from Venezuela and the other half is from Argentina (also good! 6th on our best country list). Here they wrap Deerhunter in a soft embrace, then shower us in diamonds. Their debut EP should arrive in March 2011. On this evidence it will be well worth the wait.
Basically what we have here are dreamers. People out of touch with reality. Happy Corners' make their beatific bedroom soul through a looking glass between Venezuela and Argentina. When they jumped, they probably thought they'd fly.
