Overblows and overdraws seem to be the talk of the harp world. While any technique that gives you more from the harp is valuable, the usefullness depends on the ease with which one can use it in performance. For instance getting a major 7, in cross position, is easy enough as an overblow; and you can bend it if you want. However, it becomes a little awkward in some applications.
