I arrived a tad late, thanks in full to the glorious L.A. traffic, but was still able to see the majority of her set—and walked away impressed. That's certainly the case with These Open Roads, the debut full length album from Chicago-native Haroula Rose (out January 18th). The singer-songwriter's songs are well-suited for setting the mood in television and movies. Her work has already appeared on the hit How I Met Your Mother, and there are no doubt more to come.
