A really touching and heartbreaking song from Phosphorescent, combined with an impactful video. I really dig the vocals here from Matthew Houck, he has the singing voice that is perfect for telling a story. It sounds worn, in a way that makes you believe in what he is singing about. On top of that the song has a really nice synthesizer hum to it that builds with these orchestral strings, very tight production.
