The new single from Brooklyn's The Heaven's Jail Band hit the Inbox last night, and since I'm seriously digging the fruits of their labor, please allow me to share with the group. Francesco Ferorelli's loose knit collective includes John Hunter of Lower Dens, as well as a cameo from Phosphorescent's Scott Stapleton, and while their self-titled debut defies easy description, much of it feels like a less brooding, less claustrophobic spin on The National.
