You'd think that Jeremy Earl would be busy enough with the constant stream of releases coming out of his Woodsist label and his duties with his band, Woods. But Earl isn't ready to sit still just yet, and has announced a new offshoot label from Woodsist named Hello Sunshine. By far, Brooklyn label Woodsist has got to be my favorite because founder Jeremy Earl has that sort of ear for raw psychedelic music that I absolutely love. The inaugural release on Jeremy Earl's Woodsist subsidiary Hello Sunshine (we can only assume named for one of the greatest songs of the 70's ) travels deeper down the psych rabbit hole than the majority of its parent label's release ever dared.
