Leeds quartet Pulled Apart By Horses have today announced the release of their new single 'V.E.N.O.M.' - which will be the first single to be released since they started working with legendary Pixies producer Gill Norton. The single will be released on 16th January through Transgressive Records on both digital and 7", featuring two B-sides. Additionally the band will also be touring from mid February next year and will no doubt be road testing more new material ahead of their second album being released. Everyone's favourite screamo-indie rockers, Pulled Apart By Horses , have unveiled their first new material since last years self-titled debut record. V.E.N.O.M is released digitally on Monday 14th November and on 73 vinyl via Transgressive Records on January 16th. There is nothing concrete regarding the new album as of yet but the Leeds four-piece have announced a sizable UK tour for February so expect it to be some time around then. This latest EP sees Skils deliver a more techno flavored set of tracks while still retaining that trademark bounce. Lead track, Hold Your Horses is a real peak-time destroyer with its huge harmonic chord sequence and distinctive licked bassline hook. On the flip side, Dundrum takes things a touch more linear with its slamming beats and snappy percussion proving the foundation for Skils twisted bleeps and squeeks to do their crowd-rousing thing via a series of builds and drops.
