The assault charge levelled at Ian McCulloch has been found not proven at Glasgow Central Court. McCulloch told the court that Gary Duncan and Juliet Sebley had made him feel "uncomfortable" by being in his changing room toilet at the Barrowlands gig "giggling"; he claimed Sebley was injured accidently by the door.
