If you love space like me, consider this my gift to you. Illogical Time Concerns , consisting of brothers are brothers John and Mark Ricksen must have the same affinity for supernovas that I do; and their single "RflxXx" is the perfect soundtrack to the end of some unknown star we won't get to see for another 1,000 years. ITC's first album under their new band name (formerly of the band Collider) is called Sea Ex and will be released this next Monday (3/12/12). Both the single [...]

If this is a bedroom production, we're being fooled. There is something so grand and flourishing about 'Deciio ' that gives it this glossy, well-produced façade. Vocals bellow beneath a thick Earth's crust of warped synths as robotic percussion conflicts with a bolt of floating guitars. Personally, I thought that the album cover perfectly describes the sound of the tracks. Take a listen for yourself and see if you agree. LISTEN :: Illogical Time Concerns [...]

We just downloaded the new Hydrocodone digital 7" from San Fran bedroom popsters illogical time concerns , and couldn't recommend it enough. While it's lo-fi enough to stay cool with the bedroom scene, it doesn't have that shitty so ultra-lo quality that makes it start to distort or become unlistenable -which makes me happy when listening to it on my hi-fi.
