The Jubilee Music & Arts Festival made it official tonight: The Drums, Black Lips, Free Energy and Kitten top the bill for the two-day event June 7-8. Incan Abraham , the L.A. quartet who specializes in lush electronic psych-pop and soaring falsettos, are back with another single off of their 10-inch EP, "Springhouse." Like the title track's correlating clip, "Panama Dry" is a hazy amalgamation of lights and texture. Although, this time the band's Noah Kistler-directed music video documents their venture between vast nature and the metropolitan blur of Los Angeles, and between reality and their fascination for the occult. The L.A. quartet's Afro-tropical psychedelia bears the faint whiff of an indie movement whose ship has sailed, but more than on last year's "Ancient Vacation" EP the rhythmic complexities and inviting harmonies make you want to hear more.
