I've been listening to a lot of Rose Melberg lately, so I'm thrilled that she has released an EP with Jay Arner (who performs solo and with Fine Mist ). Here's one of the best rap hooks I've heard in ages. It comes from a Vancouver pop musician, Jay Arner .
