Cairo Is Here! Album cover look familiar? Yeah? Makes sense, considering I posted about this song earlier last week. Well this is a reminder that "Cairo" by Kamp! is out today, featuring a handful of hot remixes. Discotexas, you guys never do wrong. I originally thought the Moullinex remix was going to blow the rest out of the water, but the JBAG one is growing on me now. Kamp! + JBAG (+ some Lifelike) Speaking of Discotexas in the last post; one of their upcoming releases is our favourite Polish band Kamp! 's single "Cairo". It was one of our favourite songs during the Polish tour we supported back in January. It had such an epic feel that really suited their awesome live shows. We haven’t heard much from Polish SynthPop trio Kamp! single mid last year, but they make a storming return next month with a new single on none other than Discotexas! ‘Cairo’ is more smooth Dreamwave flavoured retro pop than ‘Hearts’, their smash of last year, although with that track you could hear that they were heading in this direction.
