Many (including myself) were saddened by the break up of the experimental electronic band Out Hud in 2005. There does seem to be some good to come from their demise though and that's thanks to Out Hud's former cellist and founding member Molly Schnick and her new band Jean On Jean . Molly Schnick, formerly of the edge-dwelling leftists Out Hud, embarked on a solo journey as Jean On Jean , with a tinny acoustic guitar, Casiotone (wah and all), intimate whispers, Spectoresque vocal/hand-clap interplay, and dark cello.
