NEW MUSIC: JENNY CANTO New French pop singer-songwriter Jenny Canto gets a makeover by minimal techno artist SpenceGabor in his HedNorton guise. Score draw results. This comes across as rather like Carla Bruni's work (which is not meant as a slag-off; Carla's poppier stuff can be pretty good) but with a bit of extra bass. It's good to have a remix where the vocals haven't been vocodered to hell but the reggae guitar that features early on is plain annoying - it only gets interesting later on when remixer SpenceGabor (previously here ) moves [...]
