Even though I can't understand the lyrics good music is universal, plus I'm pretty sure she's singing about super sexy shit. In addition to the track here's also a video they put together of a bunch of mostly 80's/90's TV clips that I remember watching as a kid and makes me feel old. I guess we've all been Americanized.
