Hotly-tipped South London fourpiece Palma Violets have announced details of their debut album release. The band will put out their first full-length via Rough Trade Records on 25 February 2013. The album is available to pre-order now , with the first 400 copies of the CD and 100 vinyls autographed. Tame Impala performed another track on the extended Friday edition of Later... With Jools Holland following up their great performance of " Elephant " earlier in the week. This time we get to enjoy "Feels Like We Only Go Backwards" from their album Lonerism too and it was just as great a way to end a week as it is to start one so hit play and c heck it out up at the top. Last Tuesday evening we got to enjoy Biffy Clyro drop by for the first broadcast of Later... with Jools Holland and they performed recent single " Stingin' Belle ". On Friday the band performed another two songs from their forthcoming album Opposites . They performed the newly unveiled " Black Chandelier " and the double LP's title track "Opposites". Foals seem to be kicking it back into gear with a flurry of news lately. The band performed a new song on "Later… With Jools Holland" last night. The new record is shaping up to be slightly more upbeat and, dare I say, funkier, than Total Life Forever 's somber comedown. Holy Fire will be released in February 2013.

The latest episode of UK-based music program Later... with Jools Holland featured the trifecta of Band of Horses , Foals , and Ellie Goulding . Band of Horses continued to support their new album Mirage Rock with a performance of the single "A Little Biblical". Foals debuted a track off forthcoming LP Holy Fire in "My Deliver".
