Early returns suggest it's more of the same from the Swedish-born, Argentinian bred González, namely tenderly melodic acoustic folk. The Twang So far, this summer has been somewhat of a routine. A mix for patio-parties underneath shimmering sunshine. Electro, house, pop, etc - the kids in skinny jeans and skin-tight t-shirts (cap-sleeves! yeooo!) are listening to this music while they eat their lunch. Even though it was a little out of the way and during one of my biggest weeks of the year (not too mention on the same night as Lost), seeing José Gonzalez was one of the best concert decisions, I've made this year.
