2rip has recently dropped this, the 4th installment of his 'Annihilating Rhythm' series, which does what it says on the tin. Alongside the likes of KTN, Getter & Figure some... [[ This is a content summary only. Visit my website for full links, other content, and more! ]]
Figure is back again just in time for October's end with 'Monster Vol 3,' his 3rd annual Halloween bass album. In the past two years the album had much more closely resembled a compilation with a mixed bag of artist originals, but this new edition focuses on a lot of Figure's tracks with spooky remixes - much more like a studio album. This is hands down one of the much filthy dustup albums of the year, with every track gorged by bass that would frighten even the most ballsy of trick-or-treaters (this really would make for some intense haunted [...]
Los Angeles-based dubstep producer Adam Glassco, AKA Flinch, released his latest effort, "Light It Up," today via SMOG Records. Layered under Heather Bright 's familiarly soothing vocals, Flinch adds a bass-heavy foundation coupled with creative synth patterns to develop an original melodic dubstep track. It is no surprise that this title track has received support from big-time DJs including Skream, Benga, and 12th Planet. The Remix EP also includes versions from acclaimed producers including AC Slater, LA Riots, J. Rabbit, Codes, SPL, and David Heartbreak and Craze. From AC Slater's grinding electro to LA Riots' progressive [...]

As festival season starts to gain momentum, we wanted to highlight a new festival in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh called Loaded Festival that was organized by our friends over at Steez Promo. In less than a month Loaded will be bringing two stages of world-class musical talent to Pennsylvania. The two-night experience starts on May 12th [...]
Exciting new release from J.Rabbit out today. This EP unleashes his otherworldly bass-antics in four just plain insane tracks. If you liked his sound before, you're going to love how it's evolved for this release. You can grab the EP off Beatport today! -Westhead ( @RDWesthead )

When Sweet Treats Vol. 1 was released a few months ago as a three track sampler, it seemed more like a single for Skrillex's track "Needed Change" with a couple extras rather than a compilation. I was sure the idea had died and no more freebies would be released, but then Vol. 2 was just released last week. Free Treats Vol. 2 is dope. The sampler features over 20 artists on 19 tracks, with contributions from The M Machine, Alvin Risk, Bare Noize, Topher Jones, and a quite a few more. [side note: it sounds like [...]

The OWSLA Label, most commonly associated with dubstep rocker Skrillex has put out its second FREE installment of "Free Treats". Including tracks from all its soldiers from Style of Eye to Alvin Risk and back. A big 19 this time so be sure to grab 'em all. Download the whole tape for FREE on Beatport . Stay Lifted! 1. KOAN Sound feat. Foreign Beggars - Look Who's Back (Original Mix) 2. The Juggernaut - Chess Fight (Original Mix) 3. Skrillex - Ruffneck (Full Flex) (Munchi Anonymous Revolution Remix) 4. Porter Robinson - Vandalism [...]
Skrillex with the help of @Bitvargen @KLFBIZ3 & @YungGroupon announced the creation of OWSLA on August 17, 2011. They have since released 12 heavyweight EPs/Singles and have proved to be more than just an excuse to break ties with Atlantic. With the help of Beatport , Skrillex just released the second installation of Free Treats . It's just a tad more juicy (19 tracks compared to 3 lol) and includes a variety of remedies... Enjoy and make sure to express your thanks to @owsla and @skrillex . OWSLA Free Vitamin Pack [...]
If you're in denial about OWSLA's world takeover, this release should just about quell any doubts. Skrillex and his team have an ear for picking the best talents the US, UK, and beyond have to offer and giving away freebies seems to be their motto. The first volume of Free Treats came out nearly a year ago, while OWSLA was just coming to fruition, and it featured 3 tracks from Zedd, Flinch, Skrilex, and 12th Planet. And in this edition, those folks are joined by a small militia of young, explosive artists that are producing hard-to-beat tracks in nearly [...]

Well we are now living in a day where every song you might remember is going to get remixed into a bass filled remix. Today I've got a sick version of the Fresh Prince of Bel Air theme, one of the best TV themes ever. The man who remixed Del the Funky Homo Sapien and Benny Benassi , J. Rabbit takes the track and slams it with a ton of bass and energy. Relive the 902s classic, with a glass of bass, enjoy! Fresh Prince of Bel Air Theme (J. Rabbit Remix) [...]
At the beginning of every week oodles of new singles, EPs, albums are released to digital music stores worldwide for fans to enjoy. There’s a whole lot of good stuff that gets lost in that pile of music and were here to make sure it doesn’t slip through your fingertips. Weekly, we’ll be throwing up brief overviews of our favorites along with links where to buy them, so you can get the tracks that fit your fancy. Steve Aoki's "Wonderland" is undoubtedly the biggest release of the week and, from where we stand now, the year. [...]

J.Rabbit has been tearing it up lately With his remix of Satisfaction by Benny Benassi a few months back and more recently he's been on the road with Dillion Francis Behind the Mothership Tour. This track starts out kinda sounding like a more Hip-Hop remix than anything but the song quickly changes to a chopped up build up followed by a Heavy but danceable drop. The rest of the song continues to get heavier with multiple BPM and other change ups. J.Rabbit shows quite a bit of versatility on this track. Turn up the Sub and Enjoy this remix. [...]

Well it’s a beautiful day here out east, and that calls for a one-two punch release from Dim Mak and Toolroom Records. The two thriving companies have been dominating, Dim Mak in the US, Toolroom in Europe, pretty much everywhere with their remarkable rosters of artists. Dim Mak Records “New Noise Volume 1” is an exhibition of the crazy range of talent signed to the label. It’s absolutely disgusting how good some of these guys are. There are some old names but an monstrous lot of new names: The Subs, SonicC, Secret Smile, D. Wayne, Ken Loi, J. Rabbit, Swiss [...]

The one on the right looks bigger. Dryhump Champion :J.Rabbit - I'm So Happy (Original Mix) (don lowed)
I listen to everything: girly house, hard-pounding electro, war-starting dubstep, underground tech house, and ALWAYS big-room house! At the moment, I have all of these songs on repeat. And to answer your question about Leona Lewis' song "Collide"... this is what Avicii had to say: "To answer everyone, the first time I heard Leona Lewis' [...]
