Getting your first two albums to evoke the name Linda Perhacs is a pretty monumental achievement, but for Julia Holter it only seems like the beginning. "The World," a beautifully fragmented piece which is served up with an equally fragmented visual display, is a testament to sublime experimentation. Esta semana  Atmosphere   presentó un video donde un par de skaters son acompañados a todos lados por dos chicas muy guapas y con poca ropa. Mientras  Shit Robot  y la canción "Feels Real"  es una divertida coreografía de bocas. Julia Holter is one of the artist that give us goosebumps and could make us cry with her fragile and beautiful music. Thank god we are totally badasses that never cry. Her third release in the last three years, Loud City Song is described as "warm and elegant but also experimental," which sounds like Holter's sound is maturing while keeping her experimental roots intact. Made from tracks that predate Holter's debut, these nine songs have been slowly brought to life over the last few years through the inspiration of the 1944 novella "Gigi", and her hometown of Los Angeles.
