Apparently I not only missed the boat on this one, but left the ores in the shed and forgot how to swim. This video came out a year ago but I felt I needed to share my lack of exposure. Fucking thing has 21 million views on youshit so I actually could be the only one who did not see it. Even if you already have seen it though, its a good Friday view.

This week has been completely insane - I witnessed over 9 hours of LCD Soundsystem (yup, I was at the LCD MSG show as well), and one glorious night of The Strokes all in one week. It's been four years since German dance duo Digitalism graced the world of electronic music with their heart pumping debut album Idealism. Following the lead of other electronic bands (Justice says hello), the duo plans to release their follow up to 2007's Idealism with the 10-track I Love You, Dude, which is set for a June 20th release date. Speaking of anticipated new albums, The Strokes new album is due out tomorrow, 22 March 2011. To put it mildly, Angles [Amazon] is freaking everyone out. Their recent appearance on Saturday Night Live was flawlessly executed, and their showcase on Friday at SXSW 2011 nearly caused a riot to ensue, proving the band's 5 year hiatus has done nothing but improve their quality.
