I sometimes wonder if I might like more contemporary American bands if they hadn't lived in America for the last five or six years. June Hunters tell me that they "are new moscow indie/psychedelic rock band." Maybe that's Moscow, Idaho and they've completely fooled me, or maybe they're from across the sea. In either event, this track reminds me of the Cult...and that's a good thing. Pravda!
ALBUM REVIEW: Howdy psychedelic music fans here's some jams from a Moscow band called June Hunters . If you are a aficionado of Psych Rock and house of LSD's light touch like faves 13th Floor Elevators or Black Angels you might dig this trip. They are pretty good genre emulators and I think we have the internets to thank.
