Well, imagine taking part in a five-day, full spectrum art and music experience that includes onsite camping. The lineup features artists from all across the bass music spectrum, including headliner Rusko . We're also very much looking forward to seeing the Lucent Dossier Experience, a brilliant performance of live dancers and fire throwers moving in sync to bassy beats. In a week where birthdays, events and weird disorganized occurrences have truly gone down.. Feature Cuts , Xristo and MONSTA sweep away the rubble and place into the ground an unsystematic barrage of shredded electro house ( Feature Cuts ).. a modern classic of energetic main room excitement ( Xristo ) and a gargantuan old skool type - hardcore/breaks mixture from Feed Me - who remixes MONSTA . Newcomers The Juggernaut go for a brave and slow electronic display that doesn’t pack too much surprises, but does manage to stir up interest [...]

Kill Paris has come a long way. From his journey into music composition at age 16, to producing for country bands, to now being a member of Skrillex's OWSLA label, it's been quite the ride. He recently released his latest EP, To a New Earth , and has had the fortunate opportunity to work with a vast array of notable artists, including Dillon Francis, as of late. We had the privilege of sitting down with the L.A. based producer for some Q&A recently. Here's what he had to say: [...]

This week, I've got some bangin new Kesha, Bieber's long anticipated dubstep debut, and some insaaane unreleased Jonas Brothers jams that are sure to be staples in this year's festival season. I figure the best way to celebrate this Bass Report milestone is to go with an all top 40 edition. Who's with me? ...Nawt #1 MUST DIE! - Caffeine If you can't tell... I've become a pretty big fan of Firepower Records, and the sound they've been pushing on the bass [...]

Rudimental ’s ”Feel the Love” debuted nearly a year ago as the English electronic band’s biggest single to date. With its jive-worthy instrumentation and raspy vocals from John Newman, the single displayed a R&B feel making it a perfect candidate for a remix from @KillParis . The LA producer has preserved the soulful appeal while cutting the tempo in half for some serious drumstep/glitch hop. Check it out! Electronic dance music, House, Electro, Disco, Progressive, Tech, Dance, club banger, DJing, Parties, EDM

Like clockwork, Kill Paris has spun out another synth packed remix. I became a fan of this remix within the first 10 seconds. Kill Paris creates songs that really have no restrictions; mellow but not afraid to throw in some big buildups. I feel that almost any DJ could spin one of their tracks whether its Disclosure or Dillon Francis. Listen for yourself and I'm sure you too will "Feel The Love" Do you, F.K.

Rudimental's "Feel the Love" debuted nearly a year ago as the English electronic band's biggest single to date. With its jive-worthy instrumentation and raspy vocal track from John Newman, the single displayed a keen R&B overtone, making it a prime candidate for a remix from Kill Paris . The LA producer has preserved the soulful, yearning appeal of the original while cutting the tempo in half for some affable drumstep/glitch hop. Kill Paris's morphing bass is present throughout, as are his familiar lighthearted melodies. The cheerful remix is out now on Big Beat Records . Purchase: Beatport [...]

Kill Paris goes to work in his latest remix of Rudimental 's Feel the Love. The group's high energy track is broken down and transformed by KP, as he successfully molds the tune to give it his signature, funky sound. Feel free to listen to the original track if you're looking for something more fast-paced, but if you're looking to tone it down a notch this evening, this one's for you. Rudimental- Feel The Love (Kill Paris Remix) The post Rudimental- Feel The [...]
Everyone loves good pantydroppin' music and Kill Paris always delivers. "Feel The Love" is already a smooth, mellow track as it is and with Kill Paris' touch its all about feelin' the love and vibes. Ready for a brand new Kill Paris track? Of course you are, the guy is practically a God when it comes to mixing and producing funky beats. This track is no different and is definitely going on my list of favorite remixes ever made. KP's use of sampling and synth runs are nothing short of genius level and set an atmosphere not matched by many. If you've been living under a rock the past few months, hop on this bandwagon ASAP.
