I was able to sit in on an intimate acoustic set from our own SF band, Geographer as they played a few for The Neighborhood.TV and Noise Pop . From the Kites of San Quentin 's EP Mitochondria is very good in places but doesn't play as cohesively as it could if it was half as long. We wrote about the fabulous quartet of Kites a while ago and in that post we mentioned that a video for the single "Brother" was about to come. Now it's here! The track is a melancholy story of two brothers, whose fates are interwoven throughout the song in a tapestry of fear and hope. One brother is at the end of his journey; the other is only just embarking. The video is made by film-maker George Harvey (i:D Magazine, GQ Magazine).
