Thought you liked this smash hit from last summer? Think again. Kaiser Chiefs - Average, they give it the good old britpop sound. Little Boots - Starts off okay, but her voice isn't quite suitable. The electronica is interesting though. Gareth Pearson - A beautiful, acoustic, instrumental version of the song. Amazing to listen to. Knatterjak - A commercial sounding piano cover backed by an irritating male vocalist. MGMT - Never heard of these guys, [...]
After this cover, I'm retiring my Womanizer Challenge for good. This particular cover is pretty fantastic and, better yet, it follows those oh, so sacred cover rules . Knatterjak, the graceful medium to this side of "Womanizer," makes his debut here. I've only heard his covers of "Womanizer" and "Time To Pretend" and the makings of an original song, but I am already hooked to his butter-smooth vocals and crisp instrumentation.
