The first time I spun Knock Knock Get Up; all I could think was, "How would these songs sound live?" Reason being is that the stage is where David Wax Museum thrives. I have had the pleasure once and they were all over the place. On stage, in the crowd, on top of the bar. They did everything but hop behind the bar and make me a cocktail. A few weeks back, Band of Horses released their sneak-peek single, "Knock Knock," off their upcoming fourth album,  Mirage Rock. Without any further prolonged ado, I present to you the quirky homage to retro wilderness television programs that is the "Knock Knock" music video. The perfect combination of throwback and wild, it's entertaining and humorous to hear this fun and groovy clap-anthem set to a lecture hall VHS. Remember. It was directed by Jared Eberhardt and sees the band starring as the subjects of a vintage nature film, running through the wild frontier of Salt Lake City, UT. Check it out below.

Today must be your lucky day, because we got another brand-spankin-new music video for you to wrap your ears around. The video is for the  Band Of Horses track Knock, Knock . Knock, Knock is the band's first single off their upcoming album Mirage Rock that is set to hit stores September 18th. With a throwback style of a 70's informational film of the great frontier, Band Of Horses' quirky music video for their single "Knock, Knock" makes its debut today. We're less than a month away from their 4th studio album Mirage Rock, which hits store September 18th.

Less than one month until the release of Band of Horses Mirage Rock and I'm quite surprised that "Knock Knock" is still the only track that we've heard so far. But alas, there's now a video for the single that parodies the old 702s science films that we used to watch in school with the Super 8 camera, stiff movements, bad jokes and even worse acting. Mirage Rock is out September 18th on Columbia.
