When it was announced the Dave Grohl had rejoined Queens Of The Stone Age, some commenters theorized/joked that maybe Nick Oliveri would be next to rejoin the band. According to a TMZ report , former Queens of the Stone Age and Dwarves bassist Nick Oliveri has managed to avoid jail time in his July 2011 arrest. Police had received a domestic violence call which also noted that Oliveri's girlfriend was being held inside.
