Listen to Land Lovers' new album Confidants A little bit of that Popical Island magic has rubbed off on Land Lovers ' second album Confidants . You would hope for that at least as in their capacity as some of the founding members of the collective they have raised the standard of Ireland's indie-pop output and added some semblance of a scene to it at the same time. Yet another name to emerge from the Popical Island stable, Land Lovers release their second album this Friday. Confidants is the result of several short bursts of recording with producer Ciarán Bradshaw, and has been taking shape in the head and in the rehearsal room for roughly 18 months.
