L'incroyable label Daptone Records sort Mardi une compilation regroupant classiques et inédits. Leur démarche est simple: aux chiottes le numérique, total analogique. Au dela de ce qui pourrait sembler être une simple posture (en vogue ces temps ci) il y a un savoir faire inimitable. Il suffit d'écouter leurs productions pour s'en convaincre, on retrouve à chaque fois une chaleur et une proximité unique, et comme il n'est pas toujours facile de suivre ce qu'ils sortent, cette compilation arrive à point nommé. Pour être sur que tout ceci n'est pas de la triche, une petite visite guidé du studio [...]

Stand Up for Daptone Gold

Lorsque le renommé label de Brooklin, Daptone Records , prévoit de sortir un disque, il faut toujours garder un oeil dessus. On a souvent le droit à une petite pépite de soul/funk. Le 24 novembre sort la compilation Daptone Gold comprenant 23 titres de "classiques" du label, mais aussi des raretés et des nouveautés parfois sorties uniquement en 45 tours . Le disque sera édité sous la forme d'un cd digipack en édition deluxe accompagné de son booklet, mais aussi en version double LP accompagné de goodies (poster, stickers, etc). [...]
