Taking a quick break of writing for the likes of Sky Ferriera and Solange, Blood Orange (Dev Hynes) drops a relaxing cover of of the chilly Lemonade cut “Neptune”. Rapper Starsmith adds in a verse to finish things off.
You may (or may not) have heard of the Brooklyn band "Lemonade". If you have heard of them; great! If not, thats ok because Mr. Dev Haynes (better known as Blood Orange) has decided to create an incredible cover of Lemonade's track "Neptune." Featuring a verse from Starchild to add the icing on the cake. Video for the original track after the jump.
We never though we'd post a Blood Orange song but here we go - it's a nice cover of Lemonade's huge tune " Neptune ". We featured the track in March this year and you must definitely listen to the original version if you still haven't!
One of the many cool things about Dev Hynes is that on top of being an amazing producer (who just happens to currently be riding a blog-supported high being the man behind Solange's "Losing You" and Sky Ferreira's "Everything Is Embarrassing"), he's a music fan with eclectic tastes and incredible artist as well, so while you never know what he's going to do or where he's going to go next, the results are bound to be at, the least, interesting, and more often than not, something special That mix of creator/ listener comes to lovely fruition [...]

Just when you think you've heard the definitive remix for Lindstrom's 'Ęg-gęd-ōsis', which, of course, is Todd Terje's.
