Chaz Bundick may have just recently released Anything In Return, the third LP of his main moniker Toro Y Moi, but he is already back in action and offering up more new music under his lesser known side project Les Sins . The new 12” featuring two songs, “Grind” and “Prelims” dives deeper into the dance music genre than the fuzzy chillwave offerings of Toro Y Moi. One of my favorite albums of the young year has been Toro Y Moi's Anything In Return . It might not be the "best" of 2013 when all is said and done, but it's a solidly enjoyable album from start to finish, and it achieves Chaz Bundick's stated goal of releasing a pop album.
