Well this canadian rapper shows that he is serious with his rap career with his newest mixtape 'City of Ommz'. It's a 14 song mixtape with Omar going in over some chill hip hop tracks as well as some crunchy dubstep, like in Jackie Boy. Omar delivers some great flow and lyrics throughout the tape.
