Dallas-based label, Idol Records , announced yesterday that Little Black Dress would be the first artist signed to their newest imprint, Exploding Plastic Records . The Toby Pipes and Nolan Thies project is currently being recorded and produced by the duo at Pipes' Bass Propulsion Labs Studios here in town, and is expected to see the light of day March '09.
