The Hope was filled to the brim in store for an evening that spanned several genres and performances, whilst remaining universally entertaining. The evening began with parody rapper MC Cashback and his culinary arsenal of musical dishes. Tracks ranged from simple sandwiches and jerky chicken to lasagne and lamb tagine. Live Like Kings are a perfect example of why listening to live music is just so great. More often than not, it's the supporting acts of today that becomes the headliners of tomorrow. Things started eerily quiet upstairs at The Hope. Quiet enough to grab a pint, have a sit down, a nice way to end the week sure, but not what's expected from one of Brighton's best and bravest venues!
